1. Service Agreement
By booking our TV repair services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our technicians will diagnose and repair your television according to the issue reported.
2. Service Fees
A diagnostic fee may apply, which will be waived if you proceed with the repair. All repair costs will be communicated and agreed upon before any work begins.
3. Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs and replaced parts. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts but does not cover new issues or damage caused by misuse.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
5. Liability
While we take utmost care during repairs, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or unrelated issues that may arise during or after the repair process.
6. Data Protection
We collect personal information only for service purposes and protect it according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
